7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice.
  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Products showing excessive wear or physical damage not caused during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Core Track Store.
  • For returns due to customer preference (such as change of mind), return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
